Me and my mother had a talk about what course should I take when I go to college. Do I need to choose the one that leads to a job with high salary? Do I need to choose the course that is not hard to support financially? Her answer is, ” We’ll support you in whatever course you want to take. As long as you are enjoying yourself, we’re good. What will you do with the piles of money you’ll earn if your not happy with what you are doing.” She’s right and that is what I’m going to do. What will be the sense of the piles of money that I’ll earn if everyday in work I wish that the day is over already. In working, you won’t find yourself sitting at the top instantly. All will start at the bottom. Just put your heart and soul, you’ll reach the top. So don’t give up on your dreams. Because when our parents sees us smiling and happy, they feel happy too. Strive hard so that one day, we’ll return all the sacrifices our parents gave to us. My conversation with my mother may be short, but it has a deep meaning that can influence a lot of students in choosing their course once they step in college.
